Wilhem: Because Pink is a liar and an assassin.Christof. You can't trust Pink. He's an assassin from Clan Assamite, and he's working for Vukodlak! He's here to murder you as soon as you are no longer useful to him.
Lily: Don't Kill me! I'm not one of the Setites! I'm from Clan Toreador! .Thank you for freeing me I've been trapped in that damn brothel for nearly a year.
Christof: Where is their leader? We have questions about illegal shipping. / Lily: That would be Lucretia. If anyone knows about shipping it's her. She knows everything the Setites know.
Ecaterina: I am Ecaterina the Wise, Ecaterina the Promethian, Ecaterina the leader of the Brujah clan. We are the children of Caine, and now thou art one of us.
Ecaterina: Very well. Christof, go thou with Wilhem Streicher. Trust what he says if thou wouldst outlive the night. Go my swordsmen. / Wilhem: Time to cut thy teeth, fledgling.
Wilhem: Hail, Garinol of Clan Cappadocian, Master of the art of death / . / Garinol: In partial payment of the boon I owe, I offer thee my prized Childe, Serena. She will aid thee in thy efforts.
Christof: This must be the house of Count Orsi, the slave master.
Etrius: Well. Well, well. When the cat is away the rats come out to play. The luck of the gods is with thee, for on any other night the full force of Tremere would have dissolved thee into slop.
Ecaterina: Therefore we are resolved to entrate Prince Rudolf Brandle for assistance. Even though he is of clan Ventrue! To make amends for withholding this letter from thee, we go tonight. Come!
Pink: Well, well, well. Hey barkeep' Get this antique bloodsucker a swig a' vitae, courtesy of Pink of Clan Brujah!
Samuel: Help me, please! They're Sabbat. I refused to be turned, now they seek to kill me!.Thank you! Thank you! I'm in your debt! I am Samuel, of Clan Nosferatu.I owe you a life boon! I'll gladly join you and fight your enemies!
Father Leo Allatius: Then, with the blood of Vukodlak in my veins, I'll be able to destroy all vampires. Of course I don't mean all vampires. I'll require a well-maintained flock of imprisoned vampires to keep me supplied with blood.my first three hundred years of life will soon seem like nothing more than a prelude to my holy domination of the earth.
Council Proclamation #2: Exalted Council of Voivodes, Lords of Clan Tzimisce. Most Grave Charges Put to Voivode Vukodlak, Scourge of the Carpathians: Thou art called to answer: Hast thou, Voivode Vukodlak, issued the blasphemous decree that thou art performing conjurations crafted to usurp the mantle of our Grand-sires?
Council Proclamation #3: Proclamation of Voivode Urdo, Viceroy, Council of Voivodes. Master of the Hellhounds. Sculptor of the Flesh of Thousands. Be it known to all Voivodes, that Voivode Vukodlak, Scourge of the Carpathians, hath refused our most solemn and lawful petition to cease his mad scheme.in proclaiming his mad ambitions to grow in stature to rival the ancient Cainites, he hath drawn much unwanted attention from the other Clans and other powerful and jealous forces.
Wilhem: Ecaterina would like to stop the Antediluvians. But if Vukodlak succeeds in rising with the power to consume them, he will become the most powerful being on earth. He's too unstable to wield that kind of power. It would doom kindred and mortals alike.
Council Proclamation #4: .Yet with deference to those Voivodes who correctly point out the considerable risks of outright warefare, the Council shall blight Vukodlak with a mighty conjuration that shall plunge the disloyal Voivode into a Grievous Torpor that shall last twenty centuries.
Libussa: In the newly established township called Prague, we may, at long last, have ranged beyond the reach of the hated Council. And then we may begin the measureless task of breaking the vile sorcery that locks thy lofty presence away from us. Then let the world shudder at thy resurrection.
Father Leo Allatius: Friar Ignatius insists that the large carved stones over the ruins were protective blessings, placed after the fall of Vysehrad Castle by persons unknown. He maintains that the Tzimisce could freely pillage the ruins once we broke through the wards.
Christof: Is't the truth? Are thou now Sabbat? / Wilhem: Yes, it's true, Christof. I had no choice.Ecaterina is an archbishop of the Sabbat now, but she fights against the Sabbat who serve Vukodlak!
Wilhem: A lot can happen in eight hundred years. what I have seen. what I have done/// what I had to do! There is very little humanity left in me. / Christof: Then come! Let us redeem thy humanity with our good works! / Wilhem: Yes.
Vukodlak: Even if you could destroy me, which you cannot, you would destroy her [Anezka] as well. Remember, she is my ghoul, and after all these centuries she is utterly dependent on my blood. If I die, she shatters into thousand year-old dust. But serve me, and I'll give her to you.
Anezka: For I have turned my hand to the corruption of the Voivode's resurrection. In the guise of offering wise council to Vukodlak, I poison his heart against those who could speed his resurrection. I accuse the faithful of disloyalty, I accuse the powerful of dangerous ambition, I praise the weak and ineffectual.and so he believes every doubt I whisper in his head. And so he crushed his own resurrection.
Anezka:.despite my greatest efforts, his resurrection is now inescapable. There are none who can help me. I can only hope against hope for the return of the one man Vukodlak fears. I pray that God restores Christof.
Christof: Anezka. My accursed soul trembles to utter these selfish, blasphemous words. But thou need not die if thou wouldst endure. / Anezka: Thou would still have me Christof? I scarcely dared hope / Christof: My love has redeemed me across a thousand years. I would that I could offer salvation in return, but I have none to give. Only damnation. / Anezka: Damnation with thee would be as sweet as salvation. Let thy love cast me down, and raise me up, forever. Take me my love. [Christof bites Anezka].
Vukodlak: Excellent. Kneel. [Vukodlak feeds his blood to Christof.] / Christof: Traitor! Thou hast murdered me! / Vukodlak: No, but you will wish I had. Your anguished soul will be eternally tormented by your selfish choice. Now, claim your prize! [Christof kills Anezka] / Christof: No! NOOO! / Vukodlak: You are mine, Crusader!
Christof: There is another way! I can save Anezka if I consume thy blood, and take all thy ill gotten power as my own! [Christof attacks and kills Vukodlak] / Christof: I am reborn. Let Kindred and mortal alike cower in my presence for now I know what power truly is. / Wilhem: Fool! You have forsaken all claim to your humanity! / Christof: If you could feel the power of the fiends blood, you would know that humanity is.overrated. And now! I claim my prize! [Christof drinks Anezka to death] / Christof: Tell Ecaterina to expect a warm homecoming. Her child has been reborn!
